I like to write 'thank you notes' to my customers! I use the name on the shipping address if I don't know who you are! If you would like me to address you by a different name, please say so in the order notes when you check out!
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
The pre-orders will be open until 22 November 11:59PM CET. Production time is roughly a month and then I need time to ship out all the orders. The time frame for you to recieve your pre-order items is estimated to take 1-2 months! You will recieve an email once your order has been shipped out.
I will also post pre-order updates further down on this page, so you can check on the progress of the pre-orders.
If your order contains both an in stock item and a pre-order item, I will wait to ship your order until I have all the items.
If you order both an in stock item and a pre-order item and want your non-preorder items to be shipped as soon as possible, please make two separate orders.

PROCESSING TIMES
I always do my best to ship out my orders as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that I am just one person it may take 1-2 weeks for me to ship out your order! You will recieve an email when your order has been shipped out.
SHIPPING
I live in Sweden and all my packages will be sent from there. If I can't ship to you for any reason, I will contact you via the email you provided with your order and discuss a refund or to wait until shipping becomes available again.
Please check so that your address is entered correctly. If there should be a mistake, you can contact me and we can sort it out. However, I am not responsible for any wrong addresses once I have shipped your order.
Estimated shipping times:
Sweden: 1-3 business days
Europe: 4 business days - 2 weeks
Outside of Europe: 2-8 weeks
If you are unsure about the shipping process to your country, please select tracked shipping. I can't take responsability or refund orders without tracking that are lost.
There may be a delay with customs depending on where you live. I am not responsible for any possible customs fees!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I only accept refunds before I ship out your order or if your items arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged and you show proof of damage during shipment, I will offer you a refund or a replacement (shipping is paid by you).
At the moment I do not accept returns.
I am not responsible for items breaking or getting damaged while you use them!
